Owned by Lacey Carter, Stonycreek Builders Supply has been a staple of the community since 1954. Originally established as Shanksville Builders Supply, the store closed briefly in 1995 and was reopened in October that year by Karl Glessner as Stonycreek Builders Supply. Lacey managed the store for 10 years and purchased the business in 2018. Karl still enjoys working here and offers a wealth of free advice based on his 40+ years of home-building experience. Our goal is to supply the residents of the central Somerset County, PA region, including Shanksville, Indian Lake and Friedens, with quality products from Cabot, Valspar, Solar Seal, and more.
